RETURN POLICY

Groove Cannabis Co. Inc.’s. Return Policy is applicable to in-store, click and collect, and on-line orders on all non cannabis products. Clients must return the product in its original condition, which is defined as unopened and with all original packaging intact. There is a 14-day window commencing on the date that the product was received by the client during which it is eligible for a refund.
The Client will be refunded via the original payment method that was used for the purchase. Products that come in contact with our mouths and sold without packaging such as, glass pipes, one-hitters, vaporizers… are final sale and cannot be returned unless due to manufacturer defect.
Clients will be required to validate their order information either through a physical receipt or through an online order number. Clients will receive a refund for any product(s) returned within 14 days of receipt. A return shipping cost of $15 will be deducted from any amount refunded. In certain instances, original shipping fees may be refunded.
